Parameter is not appearing Data driven subscription

I am passing default values all parameters. but i am not understanding why my End Date is not picking value in Datadriven Subscription.

second question is how to see datadriven subscription's errors. when i create a scheduled datadriven subscription, after scheduling time i am not getting E-mail. so i checked at status. it is showing "1progress total1:1 error"... some msg like that.

so how to see the error msg..?
