I am trying to build a map made up of several different layers that be turned on and off.
Whenever I add a layer to the map it covers up anything underneath it...when I "right click"
the map tile and select "Layer Data" then "visibility" then "transparency" and set it to 40...nothing happens ?!?!
Can someone let me know if I'm doing something wrong?
