ReportServer url as Parameter dynamically

Hi all,

I have created Report and Sub report; I have given report server URL in Report to get the sub report data

Like by default:

http://localhost/ReportServer/Pages/ReportViewer.aspx?%2fSubReport&rs:Command=Render&SurveyId=17&Employee_Id=596&Role_ID=103&rc:Toolbar=false&rs:ClearSession=true

but I want as dynamically as the user selects the parameter in Report it has to be taken in automatically

I have given the link like below but not working
