Report of custom fields and their attributes including graphical indicators

I am trying to pull a report of all the custom fields and their associated attributes. 

I can pull the information for the fields and both the data and description for the lookup tables but what table holds the information for the graphical indicators values and functions for the custom fields?  I have a status_Light field that calculates the value based on percent complete and due date and assigns a numerical value for the field.  Then the graphical indicators are determined based off of that number.  Where are the criteria stored for the field?
