Report Viewer issue with SQL 2008 and Explorer 10 on windows 7 32 and 64 bits

I have a customer who is using SQL Server 2008. They are extensively using reporting services after the Report Viewer fiasco of about 5 years ago was finally cleared. Now Explorer 10 prevents users from either viewing, printing or exporting reports form their SQL Server. I guess the fiasco is back. I cannot find real good solutions anywhere but seriously......, the fiasco is back !

The solution for now is to use Google Chrome, it works perfectly with all stations I could test on except of course for the print button but this is not used a lot any more and the fact that they have to enter their credentials but this is better than all the problems Explorer is causing. For the last three years I have been pushing my customers to use Google Chrome as it is very stable and the number of support calls has been dramatically reduced since.

Congratulations Microsoft for your testing team's excellent  work !!!

I'd love to know the name of the idiot who is responsible for this.

I will try a couple of suggestions I found here and there to fix the problem and report on them
