PowerView sheets published to on-premise Sharepoint 2013 inside a Excel 2013 workbook not visible

Hello,

according to this link PowerView sheets published to on-premise Sharepoint 2013  inside a Excel 2013 workbook should be interactive:

No the problem is they are not. The normal sheets including pivottables based on powerpivot models DO render, but the PowerView dashboards is not visible. Silverlight is installed.

Is there anybody who has this setup working and can point me in the right direction?
